About

Global perspective, cast in Anand.

Swayam Shah is a third-generation entrepreneur leading Fine Cast Group — a manufacturing house founded in 1973 that has grown from a single foundry into four units across Anand, Gujarat.

After earning a Business Administration & Management degree at the University of Greenwich in London, Swayam returned home to take the family enterprise forward as CEO of Fine Cast (Gujarat) Private Limited — pairing an international outlook with deep roots in Indian manufacturing, supplying industrial castings to names like Elecon and Mahindra & Mahindra.

He works at the intersection of operations, cost discipline, and modern brand-building for a heritage foundry — and channels the same energy into community, fitness, and youth leadership.
